The building is dedicated to sustainability, with   100% of waste being recycled   to minimize environmental impact. This commitment to responsible waste management aligns with our goal of fostering a greener future for both tenants and the community.

Rainwater recycling through a pool on the underground level, with its reuse in toilets and for the irrigation system.

Biodiversity

Elleven supports biodiversity with initiatives like a green roof terrace and a large park within the complex. These projects not only enhance the building’s environmental impact but also create a natural, calming space for tenants, promoting well-being and connection to nature.
